Kuon Omakase

Kuon Omakase’s “modern Japanese Edomae sushi” is a further evolution of “how to enjoy sushi”.

A style of hospitality unique to Kuon.

Based on the basic principles of “Fresh & Aged Eclectic” and “Fusion of East and West,” aged sushi is served with sake.

Contrast of light and shade with sushi made from fresh fish caught off the coast of Australia.

The point is to simmer, steam, bake, finish with vinegar, etc.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

As per the NSW Government health advice, all guests must be double vaccinated in order to dine in. Please bring the Proof of Vaccination on your dinner reservation.

We are Omakase restaurant only serve chef’s special menu. There are no a la carte options at Kuon Omakase. Unfortunately we CANNOT cater any dietary requirements and NO substitutions can be made.
Our food contains raw and cooked seafood, various shellfish, sesame, gluten, dairy and meat.

We require credit card details to secure your reservation, but will not process any charges to the card at this time.

Due to counter seating & space, children are not allowed. All patrons must be over 18 years old.

Should you need to cancel or change your reservation or reduce guest numbers we require 7 days notice or you will incur a cancellation fee as below:

within 4 days full amount $230 per person

We only accept cancellations made request made over SMS to 0409 772 842.

Please note a 1.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments.
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a service fee of 15% will be applied to all bills.

We are closed on Public holidays.

For consideration of other guest please respect our restaurant rules

* Dress code ( no thongs or track suits ) Evening dress preferred but smart casual will be acceptable.

* Please minimize phone use other than taking photo shots

* As we are small intimate setting please respect other guests

* While omakase is being served please do not leave your seat ( unless for bathroom use )

* Please be on time for Omakase as we start and prepare all at the same time to serve all the guests

We maintain the right to refuse entry to any guest we deem aggressive or intrusive to others.

Covid Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking last minute due to Covid positive,

you must provide proof through a PCR test to waive the cancellation fee as soon as possible.

If you are cancelling a booking and only one person has Covid, the other people will still be charged a cancellation or reschedule fee.
